The Manage section listed on the More menu provides an additional intuitive set of features for saving time on customer relationship tasks with GoCRMBaby. To begin accessing these features, click on Lead Status in the Manage category located on the More Menu.
The Lead Status feature allows you to easily keep track of the current status of potential prospects. The convenient search features provides a way to easily locate leads and determine whether they are hot, cold, new, or warm leads. You can also prioritize your action depending upon the status of the Lead.
The Lead Source feature allows you to keep track of how your potential prospects found you such as through your website, responding to a campaign, etc. The Lead Source helps you to identify the most or least profitable Lead source for best results.
The Lead Source feature can be accessed by clicking Lead Source on the More menu or by clicking on the Lead Source button on the left hand side of the Management interface.
Using the Business Unit feature, you can easily organize and track operations and sales as well as search for specific Business Units to save time. To access the Business Unit feature, click on Business Unit on the More menu or click the Business Unit button on the Management interface.
To create a new Business Unit, simply click on the Add New button on the right hand side of the Manage Business Unit screen.
Save time on determining what tasks are complete, which ones are pending, and new tasks which need to be created. The Task Status feature allows you to view the status of all tasks at a glance and search for specific tasks using the intuitive search feature. Easily create and add new tasks using the Add New button on the right hand side of the Manage Task Status interface.
The Task Status feature can be accessed by clicking on Task Status on the More menu or by clicking the Task Status button on the left hand side of the Management interface.
The Opportunity Type feature allows you to easily define and manage different opportunities for your customers. Easily add a new opportunity by clicking on the Add New button on the right hand side of the Manage Opportunity Type screen or perform a quick search for a specific opportunity you have created using the convenient search function.
Keep track of the different stages for each opportunity using the Opportunity Stage feature on the Management interface. You can access the feature simply by clicking Opportunity Stage on the More menu or by clicking on the Opportunity Stage button on the left hand side of the Management screen.
Adding a new opportunity is easy using the Add New button on the right hand side of the Manage Opportunity Stage screen.
To find an existing opportunity, simply use the intuitive search function to search by opportunity.
The Tag management feature included in GoCRMBaby provides an effective way to organize and manage tag names for business leads and potential prospects. You can also easily create new tags simply by clicking on the Add New button and search for existing tags using the convenient search function.
The Tag management feature can be accessed simply by clicking on Tags on the More menu or by clicking on the Tags button on the right hand side of the Management interface.
Manage Account Type
Managing and keeping track of multiple accounts can prove to be a daunting task. GoCRMBaby comes equipped with an Account function which allows you to easily search and manage existing accounts and effortlessly create new accounts. As you add Accounts they are intuitively organized by type.
To access the Account Type feature, simply click on Account Type on the More menu or click on the Account type button on the left hand side of the Management interface.
If you have a business where you deal with different industries, GoCRMBaby provides a way to manage existing industries and add new ones. The Manage Industry feature allows you to easily view, organize, search, and manage multiple industries.
To access the Industry feature, click on Industry located on the More menu or click on the Industry button on the left hand side of the Management interface.
The Disposition Codes features provides an easy way to create, organize, and search through a variety of CRM features including calls by type, customer information, sales team information, and other aspects related to customer relationship management.
The Disposition Code feature can be accessed by clicking on Disposition Code on the More menu or by clicking on the Disposition Code button in the management interface.
You can easily view and manage assigned designations such as Manager, Sales Manager, etc., search, and create new designations by using the Manage Designation feature.
The Manage Designation feature can be accessed by clicking on Designation on the More menu or by clicking on the Designation button on the right hand side of the Management interface.
