Adding filters in the record is just like making a report in systematic format. To add filter in your record, click on “Add” button available next to the Filter Option and above the report section.
When you click on “Row Limit” Option, some additional options appear on your screen that include row limit, sorted by and order of the record. You can set the limit of the row, sort and arrange the order (Ascending or descending) of the rows in the report.
After selecting or adjusting the details of rows, click on “OK” button to make your report systematic, else click on “Cancel” button.
