Setting up your personal GoKickSales account and profile only takes a few minutes. The CRM account settings consist of personal and organizational settings. To begin configuring your GoKickSales Account, click on the down arrow next to your username in the upper right corner of the GoKickSales screen and select “My Account” Option.
After selecting, a new page appears that contain a dashboard of 5 different sections:-
Personal Information: Personal Information section facilitate you to manage your personal details, contact information, language and country information.
Change Password: Change Password section helps you in changing your old password and setting a new and strong password, which helps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
Security Question: Security Question section assist you to add security question and answer, to protect your account. If you forget your password, we’ll ask for the secret answer to verify identity.
Active Sessions: Active Sessions section enables you to access & manage all the concurrent active signed in sessions opened on this account, with option to close remote sessions.
Close Account: Close Account section helps you to permanently delete all the services data and account information, which cannot be restored in future.
