GoCRMBaby allows you to easily get paid from clients with the convenient Invoice Management feature. You can also easily manage all invoices from a wide variety of customer accounts.
The Invoice feature represents the total billing cycle management for your customers, sales, and product information in one month. At month end or at your specific billing cycle, you simply check GoCRMBaby for Invoices which have been automatically generated according to your predefined settings.
The Invoice Management feature is accessible from the main interface of GoCRMBaby by clicking on the Invoices widget.
Once you click on the widget, you can access the complete billing cycle for your customer base as well as view sales and product information. Invoices are automatically generated according to settings you customize. Additionally, you can keep track of all taxes, create new invoices, add new products, and view all products and invoices from the Invoice Management interface.
The Invoices feature in GoCRMBaby integrates with other modules such as the Leads feature where you created business leads, the Contacts function where you setup contacts and related information, and other GoCRMBaby modules where you configured records and information.
Before creating an invoice for a customer you should define a few fields:
Products refer to the goods or services sold or procured by any organization.
Entering data in the product details form: You can manually fill in the Product details gathered from various external sources.
To create products individually:
- In the Invoice module, click Add Invoice Product.
- In the Create Product page, enter the product information.
Under Product Information enter Product SKU (In the field of inventory Management, a stock keeping unit or SKU is a distinct item such as a product or service as it is offered for sale. The SKU embodies all attributes associated with the item and that distinguish it from all other items.
- Click Submit.
You can add a new tax or change an existing tax from here.
Create New Tax Class
- In the Invoice module, click Add Invoice Tax
- In the Create Tax Class page, enter the Tax information
- Enter current tax and you can change over time or by changing rules
- Click Submit
You can easily create new invoices of your sales which are based on different parameters such as selecting a Template, Currency, Invoice Status, Valid Deadline, Opportunity Name, Contact Name from your Contacts module, Product, Price, Quantity, Tax, and other features.
To create an Invoice, simply click on the Create New Invoice button located on the left hand side of the Invoices management interface.

This module of GoCRMBaby enables you to create billing Invoices of your sales based on these parameters:
- Invoice Number
- Currency (This feature also allows you to accept online payments.)
- Valid Until
- Opportunity Name
- Contact Name
Manage your product sales information and you can also customize this by adding product of your choice.
You can check the updated Invoice under an Opportunity section.
GoCRMBaby provides an easy way to add products for use with the Invoice module. To add a product, simply click on the Add Product button on the left hand side of the Invoices management interface. Enter the Product Title, Product Stock Keeping Unit number, and Price. You can also add a Product Description and Tax Class before clicking the Submit button to add the new product.
Create New Tax Class
You can create a new tax class by clicking on the Add New Tax button on the left hand side of the Invoices management interface. This feature allows you to easily add a Tax Title, Percentage, and a Description of the tax class.
The All Taxes feature provides a way for you to set the tax class and automate the calculation of taxes to occur when you create an invoice. You can also use the convenient Search function to locate a specific tax class.
To access this feature click on the All Taxes button on the left hand side of the Invoices management interface.
Products refer to the goods or services sold or procured by any organization. The All Products feature allows you to easily view all products at a glance and perform modifications to each product file by clicking on the Edit button on the right hand side of the interface.
To access this feature, click on the All Products button on the left hand side of the Invoices management interface.
The All Invoices feature represents the total billing cycle management for your customers, sales, and product information in one month. So at month end or at your specific billing cycle, all that is required is to check GoCRMBaby for Invoices which are automatically generated in the module according to your predefined settings.
You can access All Invoices by clicking on the All Taxes button on the left hand side of the Invoices management interface.
